Some hints to ease your work:

Hint1: The high resolution files already include a knock out clipping path!

Hint2: The high resolution File Format is CMYK JPEG! It can be used directly in Illustrator and Quark Xpress for Mac & PC for designing your layout ready for print in CMYK. No need to convert or uncompress.

Hint3: If you have problems to download a picture on a local hard drive, Right-click the link (or control-click, on the Mac) and choose "Save object as..." on the pop-up menu that will appear.
